The Hibernian Supporters Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 6 May in the Famous Five Suite, beginning at 12pm.
The AGM is a chance for members to hear from the Trustees on the progress made in the Club over the last twelve months and their plans for the future.
It’s also your chance to ask questions, make suggestions and generally have your say on the Club’s plans for the next year and beyond.

A paper copy of last year’s minutes, along with a copy of the accounts for last year, is available on the noticeboard in the Club.
Proposed refurbishment
As all our members should be aware, the last two years have seen an extensive amount of work carried out at The Hibs Club, including a major project to replace our electrical system.
This has focused on essential maintenance and ensuring that the Club premises are fully compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Following the completion of that work, the Trustees have turned their thoughts to refurbishing areas of the Club.
A designer has been employed to draw up plans for an extensive refurbishment of the lounge bar alongside a major renovation of the bar area in the Famous Five Suite.
The extent of these works means it is essential that the members have their say on the plans proposed by the Trustees.
And our AGM is the place to have your say.
At the meeting you’ll get the chance to see the plans, ask questions about the refurbishment and be given an explanation of the costs and finance plan that the Trustees are proposing.
In developing a plan for refurbishment the Trustees have been committed throughout to ensuring The Hibs Club retains its place as Scotland’s best supporters club while also offering our members, their guests and the wider community a more flexible and modern space that can be utilised through the course of the year and not just on matchdays.

It would be advantageous to both the club and the members if bar price lists be prominently displayed near the bar areas.
Bar staff should also tell members how much money is in their account after every bar transaction as a matter of course.
Any chance of getting some WD40 on the men’s toilet door hinges? 😖
