The weekend at The Hibs Club

The weekend is coming.

And we’re expecting another busy one at The Hibs Club.

Friday 28 September

We’ve got a private function on in the Famous Five Suite and the lounge bar will remain closed all weekend as our refurb continues.

But The Charlie Murray Games Room will be open for all the live sporting action – which includes The Ryder Cup and Championship football from Scotland and England.

Saturday 29 September

We’ve been looking forward to this one – on Saturday we host the fantastic tribute act Dirty Harry.

The show is totally sold out but, if you’re lucky enough to have tickets, doors open around 7.15pm. The Charlie Murray Games Room will be open for drinks if you’d like to join us before the show.

And, as ever, The Hibs Club will be open from 11am with live sport all day.

The Ryder Cup continues and the football action includes:

  • West Ham v Manchester United
  • Coventry City v Sunderland
  • Chelsea v Liverpool

With a private function upstairs, The Charlie Murray Games Room will again be your choice for live sports.

Follow Hibs with The Hibs Club

Of course, you could be planning a trip to Paisley to watch the mighty Hibees play on Saturday – and we can help.

We’ve still got some seats available on our bus to the match, leaving The Hibs Club at 11.30am.

Call the bar on 0131 661 3157 to book your spot.

We’ve also got two spare tickets for the game available – call us if you could use them.

Sunday 30 September

We might be getting a facelift in the lounge bar but some things never change. Our Sunday night bingo will take place as usual. Take your seats from 7pm.

And we’ll have even more live sport:

  • The closing day of The Ryder Cup
  • Livingston v Rangers
  • Cardiff City v Burnley

We’ll be open on Sunday from 12pm.

And we’re not even finished there.

There’s even more live action on Monday as Bournemouth and Crystal Palace face off in the English Premier League from 8pm.

It’s back to 4pm opening on Monday 1 October.

Another action packed weekend at The Hibs Club.

At Sunnyside, not even a major refurbishment can stop the live sport showing and the reasonably priced drinks flowing!
