Still reeling from yesterday?
Another big game lost.
We asked our Facebook followers to sum up yesterday’s game in one word. “Fenlon,” “sacked,” “gutless” and “embarrassing” figured highly.
The manager certainly doesn’t seem ready to walk:
“I’ve no problem with people looking at my position. No problem at all. How do I feel about my position? I’m the manager of the club and I’ll continue to do that.
“We’ve lost two games in the league. I know Europe was very disappointing but, in both league games, there has been very little in them. We didn’t deserve to lose, I think. At the time they scored, I thought we were probably in the ascendancy and had created a couple of chances. So I’m obviously disappointed.”
But the Daily Record’s David McCarthy sums up the big problem at Easter Road:
“All it took was one terrific cross from Dylan McGowan and one flashing header from Callum Paterson 20 minutes from the end of a game that was short of quality but never dull.
“That’s usually all it takes to beat Hibs these day. This is a team that cannot score a goal so one against them tends to be enough and now manager Pat Fenlon’s job is surely hanging by a thread.”
Once again it’s all eyes on the board to see what reaction there is to this latest setback.

I’m disgusted that pat fenlon has not resigned , he has had 2 of the worst results in our history in the last 2 years , then we go and get beat my hearts under 20 team , now that says enough , the Hibs fans are the ones hurting here , as for rod Petrie , u hired him now u must sack him and take a look at ur own position , the crowds are just going 2 go down again
