We’re passionate about Hibs. And we’re passionate about spreading the Hibby word across Edinburgh and beyond.
So it make sense for The Hibernian Supporters Association to support Leith Links.
Leith Links – which works closely with the football club – raises money to buy season tickets for Easter Road. The tickets are then distributed to children’s charities and organisations to be used by children who wouldn’t be able to get to games.
Each season ticket costs £75.
And we’re delighted to announce a contribution of £750 for season 2016/17 – allowing even more youngsters to see our Scottish Cup winners in action.
Crawford Corrigan, chairman of The Hibernian Supporters Association, said:
“Leith Links is a fantastic initiative and we’re delighted that this donation will help more young football fans see the 2016 Scottish Cup winners in action.
“We’re sure their support will help Neil Lennon and his team achieve their aim of promotion.”
As well as helping children get along to Easter Road, the money also supports Hibs by increasing the number of season tickets sold and boosting the manager’s playing fund.
So it’s a win-win and a great cause for The Hibs Club to be supporting: helping out the current playing squad and supporting a new generation of Hibs fans.
We’re delighted to have played our part in helping Leith Links – and we’d encourage all fans, if able, to show their support.
