Hibs return to Easter Road today – and there’s an extra special reason for getting along to the game.
Because today we celebrate the 70th birthday of one of our greatest servants – Pat Stanton.
Player, captain, manager, supporter.
Mr Hibs.
And, thanks to a welcome initiative from Hibs, season ticket holders can all bring a friend along to Easter Road to salute the great man.
The Hibs Club at Sunnyside will be open from 11am – the perfect place to get the party started.
Pat Stanton is, of course, no stranger to The Hibs Club. If you’re dropping into our lounge bar this weekend you’ll see him in more than one picture!
And we’re also proud to celebrate his contribution to all things Hibernian with our upstairs bar – The Pat Stanton Suite.
So it goes without saying that everyone at The Hibs Club is delighted to join our fellow Hibernian fans in wishing Pat a very, very happy birthday!
